2nd Job Interview

I'm going to Indiana Jan 8-9 for a 2nd job interview with the Navy. I first interviewed with them in Nashville. This is one of the two I was waiting to hear back from for a 2nd interview. I think the job sounds pretty cool and I've never been to Indiana, so it should be fun! The job would be a civilian position working on the electrical systems on the Navy sea crafts. Wish me luck!

Finally a break!!

It's FINALLY Christmas break!! No school for 3 weeks, well I guess it's down to 2 now. I've just been working all week trying to earn some money. I was SUPPOSE to get paid Monday, but for some reason, no paycheck!! Found out my service date got stuck in the system and didn't get extended, so I didn't get paid! Now I have to wait 3-5 business days! What a good time to have this happen! I'm not finished with my Christmas shopping and am already in the hole!

Also, I gave my 2 week notice to work. I'm starting my new job Jan 3 with InnoSys Technologies. I'm going to work part time my last semester of school, then full time after I graduate in May! I'm so excited!!

Been awhile...

Wow, I haven't posted anything in awhile...just been keeping up with school and work and job hunting. I have a couple more interviews coming up! Still waiting to hear from 2 other companies about second interviews too. Only 3 weeks left of the semester! I can't believe it!

Slowed Down

Things have slowed down now, thank goodness! Found another roommate instead of a new place, no more traveling til Christmas, no more job interviews for a bit. I can FINALLY sit back and relax, well, for the most part!

Back to school....

AHHHH Fall Break is over!! I can't even begin to express how overwhelmed I am!! I have so much to do in so little time! I have to start preparing for job interviews that start in 3 days, then again a week later, I have 2 tests the morning I leave to Nashville for 3.5 days on top of trying to find a new place to live by the end of the month!! How is all this possible with regular homework, school, and work?!

Fall Break!!

Fall Break is FINALLY here!! California here I come! I'm so excited for the break to go play at Disneyland and lay on the beach and not worry about school!! Talk to you all when I get back the day before my BIRTHDAY!!

Roommate Situation

So this past week has been interesting....one roommate says she is looking for another place, then a few days later the other roommate says she is moving home. What am I to do? Look for new roommates? Move back home? ugh... Live out of my car? Nah... I don't want to deal with this right now, I have a test the end of this week and another the beginning of next week. What would you do?

Homework

Homework sucks! It takes so much time to do! Luckily I'm only taking 3 classes this semester, but it still sucks. I need some motivation to get back in the groove of school.

New Semester

School is going again....last year! I'm so excited to graduate! This semester shouldn't be too bad, I'm taking 12 credits, 2 math classes and microwave engineering. I'm looking forward to it actually, if you can believe that.

Car Accident

Car accidents suck! I got in a car accident Monday night with my roommates. We went to get dinner and on our way home, got hit by a car pulling out of a street making a left hand turn. BAM! No serious injuries, but I couldn't move my neck that night or the next day so I went to the Dr. and he said I tore some tissue in my neck and gave me some drugs! I'm still recovering, getting better each day, but it will take some time for all the sore muscles to recover, especially my neck.

Finals are OVER!!

The best feeling in the world is when you are done with your last final! I can't believe it is already August, where did the summer go? I'm so happy I'm done with summer school, but I didn't get to go play at all this summer which is a bummer :( I take that back, I did get to go to Waterton, but I still had to study while I was there which wasn't fun. Now I have 2 weeks off to enjoy.

It's Friday!

It's about time it's Friday! That means the weekend is pretty much here! Won't be too much fun however, finals are next Thursday, gotta study :P I've gotta pass my tests.....I hate tests! Then I only get 2 weeks off until Fall semester begins ahh! Oh well, it will be worth it especially with it being the last Fall semester of school until graduation, I can't wait!! I'm so excited to graduate!!

Can't Wait for August 3!

Today was the last day of Chemistry Lab! Yeah! One week of summer school left...can't wait for the 2 week break between semesters. I can't believe I'm graduating in 2 semesters, I'm so excited!!
